Wits End Comedy Club presents: Headliner Deacon Gray ~ featuring Spencer James
Deacon Gray is a fan favorite having opened for the likes of Dave Chappelle, Drew Carey, and Chris Rock. Being raised by a preacher, Deacon has a fun and unique take on being the only comic in his family. The winner of the 2008 Great American Comedy Festival, there is no telling how far Deacon will go.
Spencer James has a unique blend of fresh standup, combining his sometimes excruciating family life with everyday observations, that has helped him entertain audiences since he was 17. His film and acting credits stretch from NBC’s “North Shore” to an appearance on the smash hit “Lost.” While his home turf is Denver, CO, most of the time he’s in clubs and colleges across the nation. Spencer has opened for the likes of “Last Comic Standing’s” Tye Barnett, Jimmy Dore, and Rocky Laporte to name a few.
